We’re proud to announce that Robert D’Annibale, Head of Corporate Strategy & Development, was named a Fierce DEI Award winner by Fierce Healthcare in the DEI Emerging Leader category.
In its inaugural year, the Fierce DEI Awards honor organizations, initiatives, and leaders who are trailblazers in creating a more equally inclusive healthcare system through Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). Winners were judged on 4 major areas: Innovation and Impact, Measurable Outcomes, Sustainability and Scalability, and Ethical and Regulatory Adherence.

Robert has led the LGBTQ+ initiatives at Forge with tenacity. Through Rob’s cultivation and strengthening of partnerships within the industry, Forge has had the opportunity to host trainings by the National LGBT Cancer Network and GOAL (Gay Officers Action League) that have brought awareness to the barriers faced by the LGBTQ+ community in different stages and circumstances in life.
