We’ve built a team with the best people in the world. As a growing company we realize the importance of our digital presence and our digital footprint, which is why we are looking to hire a Digital Marketing and Content Strategist.
In this role you will have a passion for online marketing and you will be responsible for the development and execution of the company’s digital media marketing strategy! This includes website content, online marketing programs and activities, email marketing, content marketing and social media channels.
You will have a keen understanding of audience segmentation and targeting, and you are proficient in driving acquisition through a strategic, diverse digital channel approach. Some of the skillsets you ideally have… you are organized, hard-working, and eager to have meaningful impact on the business. You should be able to lead and drive projects to completion within budget and deadline while collaborating with co-workers. Essential and Non-Essential Functions, Principal and Additional Duties and Responsibilities
- Create and produce video, audio, images, infographic and written content that reaches and engages consumers while supporting SEO strategy and best practices. Channels include Social media (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram), email, search, website, and webinars
- Develop and implement a content calendar that is in alignment with industry moments and company’s strategy
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to develop best-in-class content for the company
- Curates/re-purposes content from across markets to maximize efficiency in content creation
- Works closely with internal and external partners to create compelling digital content for earned, owned, shared and paid that can be scaled both locally and regionally
- Oversee and manage content workflows, routing and posting for integrated communications to create and execute on digital campaigns
- Creates and publishes real-time content and engagements targeted to specific audiences that are based in data-driven marketing
- Implements Test & Learn strategy across digital activation and stays up to date on emerging trends, topics, conversations and the pulse of the consumer to improve organic growth and user engagement
- Provide weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to demonstrate success, analyze content performance, identify trends, and areas for optimization.
- Writing copy with a focus on consistent messaging, compliance with HIPPA and brand requirements
- Build and manage weekly / monthly content editorial calendars
- Identify influencers and develop strategies to collaborate on messaging
- Keep channels relevant with stories of interest from across the company or industry
- Work closely with web developers to manage online development of new web features and web optimization efforts
Position Requirements
- 3+ years of demonstrated experience in digital marketing, brand building, and communications
- 1+ year of digital marketing and content experience in the healthcare industry preferred
- Strong knowledge, understanding of, and experience with digital media platforms, content management systems and digital analytics tagging requirements
- Experience with and understanding of SEO principles and application to content
- Creative visual storytelling skills
- Excellent writing and analytical abilities
- Social media expertise on multiple platforms and tools
- Bachelors degree in digital marketing, marketing, writing, or related field required
