Rabuse brings over 30 years of healthcare leadership experience across behavioral health, integrated care delivery, and value-based healthcare. Rabuse most recently served as President and CEO of UCM Digital Health, leading the growth of a hybrid medical and behavioral virtual health platform. She has also held senior roles at organizations including Bright Health, Brighton Health Plan Solutions, Montefiore Medical Center, and Aetna, where she drove strategic growth, improved operations, and fostered partnerships to enhance care and reduce costs for complex populations.
