Leading our Forge Health Virtual treatment team in New Jersey, let’s me utilize both my academic and real-life experiences. I’m a graduate of St. Mary’s University with a Masters degree in Mental Health Counseling and Psychological Services.
I have worked in community mental health, private practice, outpatient treatment, inpatient treatment and within the corrections system. While working within the corrections system, I provided therapy, supervision, clinical education and assisted in piloting a Medication Assisted Treatment program throughout correctional facilities.
I’m passionate about helping our community through my extensive experience working with individuals, as well as in group therapy settings for those struggling with mental health, trauma and addiction issues.
I believe in utilizing evidenced-based approaches like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy, and emotionally focused therapy in tandem with holistic approaches that meet the needs of each individual.
I’m thrilled to bring my skills to our Forge Health New Jersey team to change the lives of our clients in a meaningful way. As the Executive Clinical Director for our Virtual Service in New Jersey, I’m focused on providing inclusive, evidence-based treatment and helping our clients overcome whatever obstacles may be in their way to living their best life.
