As a Licensed Professional Counselor with 20 years of experience in the behavioral health field, my professional background includes working in intensive outpatient groups, family therapy, school based mental health, and serving as Executive Director and Clinical Supervisor for multiple mental health and substance abuse programs.
I am dedicated to providing compassionate and effective therapy to my clients. My therapeutic style is rooted in client-centered and trauma-informed approaches which recognize the importance of creating a safe and non-judgmental space for individuals to explore and process their emotions, thoughts, and experiences. I believe in utilizing one’s strengths to increase resilience, develop healthy coping skills, and bring balance back to daily life.
