Client Portal

Welcome to our Client Portal — your secure, easy-to-use digital access point for managing your care.

Through the Client Portal, you can:

  • Review your current medications and upcoming appointments
  • Upload important files, including identification and insurance documents
  • Sign consent forms, treatment plans, and other shared documents
  • Access your information from any device, including mobile phones and tablets
  • Log into virtual sessions (via Zoom) directly through the portal if you’re a virtual client

Important: If you are attending sessions virtually, logging into the Client Portal is required in order to join your session.

Important Reminders for New Clients

Complete Consent Forms

Go to the “My Documents” section of the Client Portal. You will find “Pending” consent forms that must be completed at least 48 hours before your first appointment. If these forms are not completed in time, your appointment may be rescheduled.

Upload Required Files

In the “My Files” section, please upload the following:

  • A clear photo of your government-issued ID
  • Your insurance card (both front and back)
  • A recent photo of your face (color image, taken within the last 6 months)
