About Forge Health Services

There’s lots of fancy research out there about addiction and trauma. We’ve read it all. Some we’ve even written. The science of getting you better is not a secret. The trick is finding the right people and the right approach. The addiction world is full of tricksters, people out for a buck who care more about finding you on Google than helping you in real life. We are everything they’re not.

We know the grit, the determination, and the effort it takes to admit your truth and find your future. Every single damn day. How do we know? Because we’ve been there too. Our founding team is a band of Veterans, people in recovery, and people who have had friends and family who have been through what you are experiencing.

We’ve built a company with the best people in the world at treating and healing addiction, trauma and co-occurring conditions and we’re ready to work with you. There’s one hitch, though. The only way we can work together is if you are willing to join us on the path of reimagining what is possible. With this willingness, we can develop trust, commit to healing, and FORGE an alliance. That’s how we operate. Ask any of our clients or their families.

Here’s the deal, though. We have to be able to say anything to each other before we can help each other. No holding back. That’s how trust is born and bred. You might be wondering why we say: “help each other”?

Simple. Every client we have makes us better at what we do. More sensitive, more understanding, tougher, too, when necessary.

So, what say you? Let’s Forge our new path forward, together.

Our Mission

To bring our full selves to our clients, transforming their lives in exchange for a willingness to trust, commit, and reimagine what’s possible.

Our Values

Our values are not just pretty words on a wall or in a picture frame. They stand for how we do business, how we communicate, how we treat our clients, their families, and the community. And of course, our people. Our values are reflected in our name.

Our work creates lives that are complete and self-actualized, enabling stronger families and communities – and a therapeutic community rewarded by success

Our passionate positivity and empathy overcome setbacks and get you to your goals, scientifically and humanely

Without mutual trust and commitment, there can be no progress

We profoundly recognize and appreciate the trust of our patients and the commitment of our clinicians

We are committed to measurable outcomes, which provide confidence to our patients and creates a standard of care for ourselves and others

Our Partners

We’re fixing the broken treatment system for everyone, whether you’re an individual, an employer, or a health plan, look no further. Forge Health’s clinical outcomes are industry leading and speak for themselves. We’re different, here to make a real difference.

First of it’s Kind Partnership with the VA

The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs doesn’t just partner with companies that are not part of the government. (You know that.) But, after many years of working together and ideating on how we can combat addiction and mental health in the Veteran community, they chose to partner with us. Forge VFR (Veterans and First Responders) is working with the VA – the first time in history they are working with a private company – to offer outpatient behavioral health services to Veterans. That trust means a ton to us. We are working tirelessly with them to improve access to substance abuse and mental health services, with a goal of reducing suicide. We are there with confidential, outpatient treatment programs designed for Veterans, First Responders, and their families. The services at our physical locations and our telehealth services are all in-network with Humana Military (TRICARE) and the Veterans Community Care Network (VACCN).
