My therapeutic style is rooted in client-centered and trauma-informed approaches which recognize the importance of creating a safe and non-judgmental space for individuals to explore and process their emotions, thoughts, and experiences. Our intensive outpatient program (IOP) in Langhorne is a non-residential treatment program for significant substance abuse and/or mental health concerns. It offers a flexible schedule, allowing participants to attend to their family and work responsibilities while receiving structured therapy and peer support.
IOP can be an alternative to hospitalization or a step-down from residential or inpatient treatment. IOP is also different from Partial Hospitalization (PHP), as it requires less of a time commitment and is much more flexible.

Forge Health offers an intensive outpatient program in Langhorne, PA runs three days a week for three hours, with additional appointments for weekly one-on-one therapy, medication management, and medication-assisted treatment (MAT) as needed.
