As an experienced Licensed Professional Counselor, I bring an enthusiastic and collaborative approach to helping my clients create and achieve their personal goals. I have a bachelor’s degree in business management and a master’s degree in counseling with a concentration in Clinical Mental Health. I have worked in various clinical settings such as partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programs, mental health and substance use facilities, and served as a Regional Clinical Director for multiple school districts. This varied experience has allowed me to gain a unique perspective when working with individuals from all walks of life.

My main area of focus lies in supporting clients in building stronger relationships - both with themselves and others - using techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and motivational interviewing. I am also trained as a Grief Recovery Specialist, to provide guidance and support to those navigating the healing process.
